Our Evaluation
We are a farmer business organization incorporated by Sri RAVI, a post-graduate in Physics from Bangalore University. Mr. RAVI, being a farmer, encountered a lot of farming and farmer-related issues like soil infertility resulting in increased production cost, reduction in yield, lack of water or reduced quality of water, non-availability of agriculture labor, and many more. As we know that “NECESSITY IS MOTHER OF INVENTION” Mr. Ravi forced to study & find products that are useful for Organic Cultivation and working with Mechanical Engineers to design and fabricate mechanical arrangements to reduce human efforts in farming.
The definition of Organic Cultivations say’s “Production of anything for living beings in Nature, using natural resources without harming nature” hence we have taken at most possible care in producing all our products and made sure that our products never kills any insect or worm, as it might also kill agriculturally beneficial insects. We promote products like insect traps and sticky papers to control insects. We have chosen a Commercial platform to provide solutions to farmers, as most of them are more interested in buying readymade items like manures, pest controllers, and other chemicals farming-related things.

Ravi Bagepalli Venkataswamy – M.Sc. in Physics
Sri Ravi BV is traditionally a farmer and after his post-graduation in Physics he started farming. His vision is to have a healthy and sustainable community by keeping the balance of nature by reducing water pollution and keeping the soil fertile. To achieve his vision, he started Krushi & Krushi Innovatives for researching and developing organic products that can benefit farmers to get good yield and reduce disease in corps which in turn would encourage farmers to switch to Organic cultivation.
Sri Ravi’s dedication has helped about 10000+ farmers to move towards good agriculture practice and they are gradually moving towards Organic cultivation. The farmers have expressed long term benefit using Krushi & Krushik Innovatives products, like increase in water holding capacity of soil, increase in ground water level, increase in fertility of soil etc. Now Sri Ravi’s goal is to educate farmers across India and in next 5 years would like to reach 1 million farmers.

Chandrashekar Bagepalli Venkataswamy - E&C Engineering
Sri Chandrashekar BV is conventionally a farmer. His purpose of life has always been to save nature and mother earth. To succeed in his purpose, he started helping farmers to cultivate using Indian Traditional Method. Today’s farmers are attracted towards chemical farming for immediate results, so Sri Chandrashekar has used technology and traditional farming best practices to develop products for quick and better results alongside keeping nature, healthy and alive.
Sri Chandrashekar realize the higher cost involved in agriculture as his involvement increased with farmers. He started researching & developing products with Krushi & Krushik Innovatives having a moto to help farmers reduce the cost of production. Today Krushi & Krushik Innovatives is supporting farmers with both short-term and long-term cops though out Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala & other states. Sri Chandrashekar has been spending most of his time connecting with farmers through seminars both online and offline to educating farmers on the importance of Organic cultivation and its long-term benefits to the nation.

Sri Nagaraj is progressive farmer and mentor to Sri Chanderashekar & Sri Ravi. His insightful intelligence has paved way to creative thinking and helped Krushi & Krushik develop products that can give results faster than traditional way of cultivation. He has been backbone to the vision of the organization and his motivation have given the organization a good millage in last 8 years.
Sri Nagaraj is helping Krushi & Krushik Innovative to achieve their short-term and long-term goals. His ideations and involvements with the organization has helped in increasing the production which in turn helped to reach out to larger number of farmers.
Our Strategy
As we quote “Farmer to Farmers” all our products are time tested by us, being a farmer. As we all know, for a successful crop’s there are two things involved. 1. Nature Support & 2. Human Effort
About 94% of it is from Nature support & only 6% is our human effort for yielding. Unfortunately, many of us are addicted to easy chemical cultivation and forgot our traditional methods. Hence today, we are all facing major issues like; soil infertility, lack of immunity in plants, etc. As a result, farmers are forced to use excess chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides which are directly harming ecosystem, human beings, and animals’ health. Keeping all these in mind we (KRUSHI & KRUSHIK INNOVATIVES) have come up with products that are made using our old traditional techniques. So we are confident our technologies have addressed all the issues encountered by the farmer community in today’s cultivation method, without compromise on yield and quality.
Environment & Sustainability
Environment & Sustainability is the key factor behind our objective and we believe it is every human beings’ responsibility to safeguard and not pollute the environment. However, our conventional farming methods are dangerous as our farmers are habituated to using chemical fertilizers and spurious pesticides to produce the required food for a large Indian population and at the same time achieve sustained production. Keeping these as key factors we have developed our products and continue to research to enhance our products with the blessed knowledge of our ancestors in the form of VedicSciences & Traditional practices.
Farming Practices
Today producing & procuring quality food without chemicals and pesticides has become a big challenge, especially in highly populated countries like India. In India, our farmers are supposed to concentrate on quantity and quality yield, but as everyone knows, Organic cultivation is not an easy task as its difficult, in controlling pests, viruses, fungus and meets yield expectations. Krushi & Krushik is continuously working for the past 8 years to support farmers in Organic cultivation so that quality food can be produced, with reduced production cost. Hence, we are trying to blend technology with our old farming procedures and give a final touch to Organic farming.
If we don’t change our farming practices, our community will face many issues in the coming days. As you all are aware, we are already facing issues with general health, water pollution, unhealthy soil, reduction in production, increased production cost, etc. We see many countries in the world have already implemented Organic Policies and Laws for Organic food production, which is the reason for increased lifespan in those countries. Now it is high time to go with the positive changes for the sake of our Public Health, Nations Economy, protecting nature for our next generations to come.
KRUSHI & KRUSHIK INNOVATIVES have made its efforts & experiments to bring eco-friendly products to farmers, naturally made, farmer-friendly, and reducing farmer effort. And finally, KRUSHI & KRUSHIK INNOVATIVES expect support from farmers for suggestions, to get better and better.
